NADA CONVENTION: Carter West Public Relations As an example from a past show, Carter West arranged to have Timehighway.com included in an Automotive News article on the subject of online scheduling six weeks prior to the show. Carter West also arranged exposure in the Wall Street Journal one month prior to NADA and in the NADA show issues of NADA's Auto Exec Magazine and Fixed Ops Magazine.
